All MW Equipment products are manufactured by partners operating to ISO 9001:2015 — the international standard for quality management systems. This requires documented production procedures, inspection records, non-conformance management and periodic third-party certification audits. Certificates available on request for PQQ and supplier approval processes.
MWE manufacturing partners hold ISO 14001 certification — the international standard for environmental management systems. Certified organisations actively manage their environmental impacts: waste, emissions, energy use and materials. Supports procurement ESG requirements and environmental permit compliance for customers.
The MW Easy-Lift System is covered by UK Intellectual Property Office patent application GB 2600815.1 (pending). The patent covers the specific mechanical design of the chainless lifting interface used across all MW Equipment products. Filed with the UK IPO; pending examination and grant.
All MW Equipment products are fabricated from S355 structural steel to BS EN 10025-2 (minimum yield strength 355 MPa). Steel is sourced with BS EN mill certificates. Welding is to BS EN ISO 15614. Material test certificates available on request to support procurement approval processes.
ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001 certificates from MW Equipment's manufacturing partners are available on request to support pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs), Constructionline / CHAS supplier approval, principal contractor H&S file submissions, and Environment Agency permit applications.
Material test certificates for steel used in MWE products are available on request. Patent documentation for GB 2600815.1 is available from the UK IPO online register at gov.uk/search-for-patent.
