MW Equipment LTD was founded in mid-2025 and is growing fast. We're expanding our product range into new sectors, developing our manufacturing partnerships, and building the team to match. If you want to work on genuinely new products in a fast-moving environment, we'd like to hear from you.
MW Equipment was founded by three people — Jordan (demolition contractor), George (fabricator and CAD designer) and John (agriculture and construction specialist) — to solve problems they'd identified first-hand in their own industries. The FuelBag, the WetBag, the DustBag, the FenceBag and the BarrierBag all exist because someone in the founding team had encountered the problem and decided to solve it.
We're a small team, which means the work you do matters directly. There are no layers between an idea and its execution. We build real things, solve real problems, and the feedback from customers reaches the people who designed the product.
We're based in Elmley Lovett, Droitwich, Worcestershire, and work with manufacturing partners across the UK. We're expanding into new sectors — forestry, events management and beyond — and developing our team as we grow.
