A patented chainless lifting mechanism integrated into every MW Equipment product. One operator. Any excavator, telehandler, forklift or crane. No chains. No banksman. No delays. Works on any terrain your machine can access.
Traditional lifting of heavy site equipment — fuel bowsers, dust suppression units, dewatering pumps — uses chains. A chain is attached to the lifting point, the machine takes up tension, and an operative stands alongside to guide, attach, detach and manage the chain during the lift. This person is working in the vicinity of a suspended load.
The MW Easy-Lift System eliminates chains entirely. A 60mm pin, integrated into the product's frame, engages directly with the excavator bucket or lifting point. The machine operator controls the entire lift from the cab. There is no operative alongside the load. There is no chain to attach, tension, detach or manage. There is no secondary person required at all.
The result is faster, safer repositioning of heavy site equipment — anywhere the machine can go. This includes waterlogged ground, demolition rubble and rough terrain that wheeled and towed equipment cannot reach. The Easy-Lift System is the core enabling technology that makes the entire MWE product range practical in real working site conditions.
✕ Traditional Chain Lifting
Operative must work alongside suspended load to attach and detach chains — zone of risk around the load at all times
Banksman required to guide the lift, adding a second person and complicating coordination
Chains can slip, become entangled, or fail under load — each a potential serious injury event
Chain connection and disconnection adds time to every relocation — multiplied across dozens of moves per day
Chain management creates trip hazards on site when chains are left uncoiled on the ground
✓ MW Easy-Lift System
No operative near the load — single operator controls the entire lift from the machine cab
No banksman required — one person, one machine, complete lift
60mm pin engages mechanically and positively — no chain slip, no chain failure, no misalignment
Faster connection means faster repositioning — every time the equipment moves, time is saved
No loose equipment on site — integrated system, nothing to lose, damage or leave behind
The Easy-Lift System is designed around one principle: the machine operator should be able to approach, engage and lift without leaving the cab and without any secondary person involved. The entire sequence takes seconds, not minutes.
The excavator, telehandler or forklift positions alongside or above the MWE product. No preparatory work is needed — no chains to uncoil, no lifting attachments to fit. The operator manoeuvres into position visually from the cab.
The machine's bucket tine, forks or lifting hook locates onto the 60mm lifting pin integrated into the MWE product frame. The pin is designed for clear visual alignment and positive, reliable engagement from all approach angles. No operative required.
The operator lifts, repositions and sets down the product from the cab. The full weight capacity of the machine is available. No chain length limits the lift radius. The product can be placed on any accessible surface, including waterlogged and rough terrain.
Once set down, the machine disengages from the lifting pin by lowering and withdrawing. There are no chains to unhook, no lifting gear to store, no secondary equipment left on the ground. The machine is free in seconds. The operative in the cab never leaves the cab.
The Easy-Lift System is not an optional add-on or an aftermarket attachment. It is designed into the structural frame of every MW Equipment product from the outset — ensuring the lifting point is correctly positioned, correctly loaded and correctly rated for each product's specific weight and geometry.
The Easy-Lift System requires no specialist attachments, no adapter plates and no modifications to your existing plant. If your machine has a standard bucket, tine configuration, forks or lifting hook, it is compatible — from the smallest 1-tonne excavator to a 40-tonne slew ring machine.

The MW Easy-Lift System is a patented chainless lifting mechanism (Patent Pending GB 2600815.1) integrated into every MW Equipment product. A 60mm lifting pin engages directly with the machine's existing bucket, forks or lifting hook — allowing one operator to lift and reposition MWE products from the cab, without chains and without a second person alongside the load.
Chain lifting requires an operative to work in the immediate vicinity of a suspended load to attach and detach chains — a zone of significant risk. The Easy-Lift System eliminates this entirely: pin engagement is mechanical, the operator works from the cab throughout, and there is no person near the load at any point during the lift. There is also no risk of chain slip, chain failure, or chain entanglement.
The Easy-Lift System's 60mm lifting pin is compatible with excavators (1t+), counterbalance forklifts, telescopic forklifts/telehandlers/loadall, and cranes. No specialist attachments or machine modifications are required. The pin works with the machine's existing bucket tines, lifting hook or forks.
GB 2600815.1 is the UK Intellectual Property Office application number for the MW Easy-Lift System patent, currently pending. It protects the specific mechanical design of the chainless lifting interface used across MW Equipment's product range. The patent was filed in the UK and covers the mechanism by which the MWE lifting pin engages with standard plant machinery without requiring chains or secondary lifting attachments.
Yes. The Easy-Lift System works wherever the operating machine can go — including waterlogged ground, demolition rubble, sloped surfaces and rough terrain inaccessible to wheeled or towed equipment. This is a key advantage over traditional towed bowsers and suppression units, which require firm, accessible ground for positioning.
On tank-based products (FuelBag, WetBag, DustBag), the Easy-Lift System is permanently integrated into the frame. On the FenceBag, the lift bar component is removable to allow stackable storage of multiple units. In both cases, the system requires no maintenance beyond routine visual inspection and no lubrication.
