Portable diesel bowsers, site dewatering pumps, dust suppression units and Heras fencing handling equipment — designed for the real demands of active UK construction and groundworks sites. All moved by your existing excavator. No chains. No tow vehicle.
Active construction and groundworks sites are among the most demanding environments for site equipment. Waterlogged terrain, multiple plant machines to fuel, CDM compliance requirements, changing site perimeters and constantly wet conditions create operational challenges that standard off-the-shelf solutions aren't designed to handle.
Active excavation and groundworks sites are often waterlogged, uneven and constantly changing. Traditional tow bowsers require a vehicle with traction — exactly what a muddy groundworks site doesn't always have. Operators lose hours because the fuel can't get to the plant.
Rain, high water tables and unexpected groundwater can flood trenches and excavations overnight, halting works and threatening programme. Fixed pumps are impractical on a site where the work front moves daily and access is restricted.
CDM Regulations 2015 require active dust control on construction sites, particularly during earthworks, demolition phases and on brownfield land. Mains water connections are impractical on a live site, and hose networks create trip hazards and restrict movement.
Construction site perimeters change constantly as work progresses. Moving sections of Heras security fencing manually is physically demanding, time-consuming and a significant source of manual handling injuries — particularly for groundworkers moving to the next phase of the job.
Four products from the MWE range are specifically relevant to construction and groundworks contractors. Each one addresses a distinct operational problem on a live site — and all are relocated using your existing excavator, forklift or telehandler via the patented MW Easy-Lift System.

FenceBag
Heras Fencing Handler — 54 Panels Per Lift
Lift, transport and reposition up to 54 UK-standard Heras security fence panels as a single load using your existing excavator or telehandler. Eliminates the manual carrying of individual panels — a task that HSE identifies as a primary cause of musculoskeletal injuries in construction trades.

MWE was founded by construction and groundworks industry professionals. Every product is designed around the operational realities they experienced daily — not developed from a drawing board without site knowledge.
No additional vehicles, no specialist lifting equipment. Every MWE product is relocated by the excavator, forklift or telehandler already on your site — using the patented MW Easy-Lift System. One less machine on the programme, one less cost line on the budget.
Chain-based lifting is one of the most common causes of serious lifting incidents on construction sites. All MWE products are chainless by design — the Easy-Lift System eliminates chains from the lifting operation entirely, reducing incident risk significantly.
Because MWE equipment is lifted rather than towed, it can be positioned anywhere the excavator can reach — across waterlogged, uneven and restricted terrain. No need for firm hardstanding. No stuck vehicles. No programme delays waiting for the ground to dry out.
The FuelBag is fully bunded as standard (COSHH / PPG26 compliant). The DustBag supports CDM 2015 dust control requirements. Compliance documentation is available to support H&S file submissions and principal contractor requirements.
Fewer operators and machines required per site task. One excavator operator can move the FuelBag, WetBag, DustBag or FenceBag without a banksman, without a secondary machine, and without a dedicated labour gang — directly reducing your direct cost per shift.
All MWE products are manufactured by UK-based ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001 certified partners. S355 structural steel throughout. Spare parts held in stock in the UK for rapid supply. No import delays, no supply chain uncertainty.
COSHH & Environment Agency PPG26
The Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations and the Environment Agency's Pollution Prevention Guidance Note 26 require diesel stored on site above 200 litres to be held in a bunded container with 110% secondary containment. The FuelBag is fully bunded as standard — no additional drip trays or separate bunded store required.
CDM Regulations 2015 — Dust Control
The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 require principal contractors to implement effective dust control measures on construction sites, particularly during earthworks, concrete cutting, demolition and work on brownfield land. The DustBag provides standalone, mobile dust suppression with no mains water connection required — supporting CDM compliance wherever the works are taking place on site.
HSE Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992
The Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992 (as amended in 2002) require employers to avoid, assess and reduce manual handling risk so far as is reasonably practicable. The FenceBag, BarrierBag and all MWE products are specifically designed to mechanise tasks that would otherwise require heavy manual lifting — directly supporting compliance with MHOR requirements on construction sites.
Certification Available
All MWE products are manufactured by partners operating to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001. Certification documentation is available on request to support H&S file submissions, principal contractor pre-qualification and Constructionline/CHAS requirements.

MW Equipment supplies four products for construction and groundworks sites: the FuelBag (portable diesel bowser, 2,000L bunded), WetBag (site dewatering and dirty water pump), DustBag (mobile dust suppression, CDM support) and FenceBag (Heras security fencing handler). All are relocated using your existing excavator, forklift or telehandler — no chains, no tow vehicle required.
The MWE FuelBag is a 2,000L fully bunded portable diesel bowser relocated by excavator, forklift or telehandler — not towed. Because it is lifted clear of the ground during relocation, it works across waterlogged, uneven and restricted terrain that a tow bowser cannot navigate. It follows your plant to wherever fuel is needed on the site, regardless of ground conditions.
Yes. COSHH regulations and the Environment Agency's PPG26 guidance require diesel stored on site above 200 litres to be in a bunded container with 110% secondary containment. The MWE FuelBag is fully bunded as standard — no additional drip trays or secondary containment required — making it immediately compliant for construction site use.
CDM Regulations 2015 require principal contractors to implement effective dust control during construction operations — particularly earthworks, demolition phases and work on brownfield land. The MWE DustBag provides standalone mobile dust suppression with a 2,000L water tank and 180° oscillating cannon. No mains water connection required. Up to 5 hours continuous operation. Repositioned by excavator anywhere on site as works progress.
The MWE FenceBag carries up to 54 UK-standard Heras fence panels as a single secure load, lifted and positioned by excavator or telehandler. This eliminates the manual carrying of individual panels — a task HSE identifies as a primary cause of musculoskeletal disorders in construction. 52% of all MSDs in construction are directly linked to manual handling activities (HSE 2024/25).
Yes. The MW Easy-Lift System is compatible with excavators of all sizes (1t to 80t+), forklifts (counterbalance and telescopic), telehandlers and cranes. No specialist attachments or modifications to existing machines are required. A single excavator operator can complete the lift and relocation without a banksman or secondary machine.
